Hair Warranty

Hair Warranty – Extended Guarantee

With Hair Warranty, you get added peace of mind when you purchase your Length2Length extensions along with the recommended aftercare products. This extended guarantee means that if a genuine manufacturing fault arises, we’ll put it right for you. While no product is ever completely free from issues, you can be assured that we’ll support you if any unexpected problems occur.

Your Hair Warranty is valid for 120 days from the date of your original purchase.

To qualify, you must use the correct Length2Length aftercare alongside your extensions. This includes approximately 1 litre of shampoo, 1 litre of conditioner, and 100ml of hair oil during the 120-day cover period. Proof of purchase is required for both the hair extensions and the aftercare products.

Covered by Hair Warranty

The guarantee applies to the following manufacturer-related problems:

  • Excessive dryness
  • Tangling or matting
  • Breakage or shedding
  • Bond/tip breakdown
  • Tape adhesive failure
  • Colour fading*
  • Faults in materials or workmanship

Making a Claim

  1. Contact us by email at length2length@outlook.com within 120 days of purchase to report the problem.
  2. We’ll send you a claims form which must be filled out and returned within 7 days.
  3. If requested, all extensions must be removed and sent back to us within 14 days.
  4. Our specialists will examine and test the hair to confirm if a manufacturing fault is present.
  5. You will then be contacted with the outcome and resolution options.

Resolution Options

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will choose to either repair, replace, or refund the product. Refunds may be issued as a credit or returned to the original payment method.

  • Any postage fees will also be refunded.
  • Please note: costs for diagnosing, removing, or reapplying the hair are not included in the Hair Warranty.

What is Not Covered

Hair Warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Alterations such as colouring, toning, or the use of products containing colouring agents
  • Heat damage
  • Discolouration caused by chlorine, hard water, or unsuitable products
  • Colour fading after the first 7 days
  • Incorrect fitting or application errors
  • Problems caused by not following aftercare or manufacturer instructions

Conditions of Cover

  • Extensions must be fitted by a qualified stylist using the correct method.
  • Aftercare instructions must be followed carefully.
  • Manufacturer guidelines must always be observed.
  • Regular maintenance appointments and correct professional techniques are required.
  • The correct amount of Length2Length aftercare products must be purchased and used.
  • Aftercare products must be bought within 7 days of the initial fitting.
  • Colour fading is only considered a fault if it happens within the first 7 days, no other products have been used, and it is not due to user error.

** Lifespan of hair refers to the quality and not the length as all hair extensions can shorten over time. Losing length & some shedding can occur over time this is deemed as general wear & tear. **
